Yesterday I shared a sketch of young St. Joseph. Today I wanted to share one of my absolute favorite pages of the book. I can't wait to see what the finished page looks like!
I wanted to make sure that I wasn't just re-telling the nativity story. While this is an incredibly important story, I wanted to share St. Joseph's story and keep the book timeless, so as not to be seasonal. That being said, the birth of Jesus is a pretty HUGE event so the Magi make their cameo in the story.
